In fact, my sermon went just about perfectly - I could not possibly have had a better experience on my first (only?) try at preaching.

I have heard through the grapevine that your sermon went really well - I wish I could have been there. I hope it's only the beginning and certainly not the "only." I'm so glad you're at blogspot now - I can finally post a comment - livejournal would never let me post.
